Prescription Medications
Due to safety and hygiene regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed, unless they are:

Incorrectly dispensed (wrong medication, strength, or quantity)
Damaged in transit
If you believe your medication is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the issue.
Non-Prescription Items
For non-prescription items (e.g., health supplements), you have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to change your mind and request a return. Items must be:
In original, unopened packaging
In a resalable condition
Returned at your own cost (unless faulty)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges will be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
Enhanced delivery charges (e.g., next-day delivery) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Package the item securely, including your order number or receipt.
Send to our return address. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different product or strength, please place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
